I/we declare that BC Accountants Australia Pty Ltd (BCA) is properly authorised to prepare and lodge my/our returns, schedules and/or statements based on the information provided in the attached submission and related data. I/we accept responsibility for this information and have taken all reasonable care to ensure the amounts therein are true and correct. Where any doubt has arisen we have properly bought the relevant item with details to the attention of BCA to check and address. I/we further understand that heavy ATO penalties may be imposed for any false or misleading statements, whether or not lodgements require my signature, and that I am duly authorised to make this declaration for or on behalf of this taxpayer.

Our simple terms are designed for maximum efficiency and to reduce your costs;
1. Standard fees apply per our web pages and options and any additional tasks that arise. A prior quote is always available should you have any doubts.
2. Work commences with payment details. An invoice/receipt is issued on completion.
3. Submissions are reviewed prior to commencing each engagement. BCA reserves the right to decline any for workload, professional, compliance, or other reason.
4. Credit cards are charged manually, usually on completion, and no card fees apply.
5. You authorise us as your Tax Agents to proceed with any adjustments or additional tasks to ensure compliance, and some tasks may attract a small extra fee if required.
6. Subsequent revisions of returns are possible but a smaller revision fee or Amendment lodgement fee will apply unless the changes are due to our error.
7. Refunds are not possible if we have commenced the work. Fees also do not rely on agreement with the tax outcome, nor upon actual lodgement.
